Toronto Real Estate Board President Paul Etherington announced that Greater Toronto Area REALTORS® reported 11,303 sales in April 2015. This was the highest sales result on record for the month of A...pril and represented a 17 per cent increase in comparison to April 2014. While sales increased strongly on a year-over-year basis, new listings were up over the same period by a more moderate five per cent.

The event, which took place at the CUBE nightclub on Queen Street West, featured door prizes, a silent auction, an amazing DJ and dancing, and a range of speciality entertainment such as an astrologer, a handwriting analyst, and a henna artist.
In total, more than 300 Greater Toronto REALTORS® took part in the event and in doing so, raised more than $8,000 for Camp Winston. A registered charitable organization, Camp Winston provides recreational opportunities in a beautiful Muskoka setting for children with neurological conditions such as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity and Tourette’s Disorder.
Camp Winston will be included as a tradeshow exhibitor at TREB’s upcoming REALTOR® QUEST conference May 6th and 7th at the Toronto Congress Centre, and as the President’s chosen charity for the 2014/2015 term, it will also be the recipient of proceeds from REALTOR® QUEST’s silent auction.
